30-Day Love-It Guarantee
We want you to love your Nestify products. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
How to start a return Email us at lekiecompany@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We'll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
Non-returnable Items marked final sale, or returned without prior contact, may not be eligible.
